App Description
BCT’s custom built mobile application solution for delivery confirmation.
Login
Driver can login into the mobile application using respective user credentials. The user credentials are generated in the FuelTrans web application in admin module. Each driver will be associated with a unique user id. The login screen will have an option of the Forgot password provision for the driver to manage the user credentials
Trip Summary
On logging in the mobile application the driver lands in the “My Trips screen”. The “My Trips” will contain the summary of Open(loaded) trips allocated to the logged in driver.
Delivery acknowledgement
The delivery confirmation shows the trip details like Trip no., Customer and site name, Shipment number, Delivery status, Order no., Product code, Compartment no., Loaded Qty, Delivered qty, PDN, Receiver name, Signature box, Update Latitude and Longitude
Offline mode
The mobile app has the capability to record the details during offline mode or during non-availability of internet connection. The data is synched when the user comes online
Print option
Option available to print the POD in Thermal paper
