Fundamental Fitness combines years of coaching knowledge to take you from novice to a stronger and fitter you. Our step-by-step guide starts easy, progressing gradually week by week. Balancing running and strength training so you don't burn out. We tell you exactly what to do, every step of the way. All you have to do is:

The Plan
Think of us as a training plan delivered as an app. Old school training principles, combined with modern technology. We have carefully selected each exercise through trial and error over multiple years with real-life clients.
Fundamental Fitness doesn't simply generate generic workouts and random routines based on arbitrary goals. This is a specific formula that will get you fitter and stronger!
Training 3 days a week over 4 months, with the option to split your workouts over 6 days if you wish. The programme is designed around 4 meso cycles, each working on a different goal. Reps and sets change in accordance with each cycle, along with your accessory exercises, keeping the programme fresh and exciting.
Building steadily over the 16 weeks, we culminate in a 1 rep max test in our final week. This means how much weight can you lift for 1 rep on bench press, squat, and deadlift. You will also run a continuous 10k, having successfully built your fitness fundamentals!
Equipment Needed
All of these selected exercises are centred around barbell and dumbbell movements, removing the need for complicated or specific machines your gym may not have. Proving you don't need fancy kit to get real results.
The Price
A one-off payment of £99. This works out to under £1 a day and unlocks the entire 4-month programme. We ask for this upfront in order to capture your commitment from the beginning and keep you focused on the end goal. As long as you follow the plan exactly, you can't fail!
