Drag anywhere to aim and let go to fire. The ball keeps its speed forever and reflects off every surface it meets, so the shot that reaches the target is almost never the one pointing at it. You get three a board.

WHY IT IS A PUZZLE AND NOT A REFLEX TEST
Nothing decays and nothing is timed. The entire flight is decided at the instant you let go, which means the work happens before the shot rather than during it - reading the angles, finding the wall that turns your line into their line. Watching the ball is only the confirmation.

THREE SHOTS IS THE DIFFICULTY
Enough to try an idea, watch it miss by half a wall, and correct. Not enough to spray. There is no timer anywhere in this game, so the only budget is the one you can see.
