The Gather Care app enables you to self-manage your ongoing healthcare needs with the support of friends and family, guidance from clinical experts, and real-time monitoring within the app.
Whether you’re here because you need to manage your own care, or because you want to help care for someone else, the GatherCare app will provide you with all of the tools and guidance you need.
The app can be used to identify support and care needs, coordinate people to provide the care, keep everyone informed, receive messages of love and support, assess caring tips from experts, and monitor changes in real-time.
Friends and family who have offered to help can be invited to join the support network via our simple SMS invite.
