App that facilitates the internal management of supervision at points of sale.

It is an application that facilitates supervision management at points of sale belonging to the modern channel. The same help in the organization and planning of work from salespeople to managers.

The App is complemented by a web platform, and both are managed by the supervisors of each division both for the generation of the work plan, and for its compliance with prior authorization from the corresponding division. In the traditional channel, each supervisor executes his work plan, revealing the necessary information through his device.

All the information collected through the application of both channels is consolidated on the web, which provides specific reports by division and supervisor, generating historical information on the KPI's. In turn, it is possible to access a dashboard and an executive report, key management reports with the necessary information for correct decision-making.

It allows to be at the forefront of supervision processes, providing access to consolidated and actionable information, in real time, for a more effective execution that allows maximizing development opportunities for the business.
