Our app integrates with Health Connect (Google Fit) to power fitness challenges based on real-world activity data.

Users can participate in:
- Step-based challenges (e.g., total steps goals)
- Distance-based challenges (e.g., marathon distance tracking)
- Calorie-based challenges (e.g., calorie burn targets)

The app uses this data to:
- Track real-time progress in active challenges
- Display daily activity logs (steps, distance, calories)
- Calculate cumulative totals toward challenge goals
- Show completion status and achievements

Without access to this data, challenge progress tracking and completion features would not function.

All health data is used only within the app and is not shared with third parties.
