A simple wind-drift calculator with start and end offsets
A simple calculator to estimate lateral wind-drift at a target range given the muzzle velocity, Ballistic Coefficient (and drag law) of the projectile together with the absolute wind speed and direction relative to the direction of the target.
The start of the wind effect can be offset (which is useful if shooting from a sheltered position). Similarly, the end of the wind-affected range can be specified - useful if shooting into a sheltered area.
Either, neither or both of these offsets can be used as the scenario dictates.
