Remote commands include:
- SANCTUM LOCATE: receive the device's GPS coordinates by SMS
- SANCTUM LOCK: remotely lock the device immediately
- SANCTUM WIPE: factory reset as a last resort (requires two-step confirmation)
- SANCTUM RING: make the device ring at full volume to locate it nearby
- SANCTUM STATUS: receive a full status report by SMS
