Service tools for Haas techs
With HaasService, you have the ability to view and resolve work orders directly from your mobile device.
• View information about the machine and the customer requesting service
• Track travel and labor time
• Attach pictures, videos, and Shift-F3 reports to the work order
• Search through service procedures and videos tailored to the machine being worked on
• Search through spare parts specifically relevant to the machine being worked on
• Record notes detailing the reported issue, cause, and corrective action taken to remedy the problem
• Review the past service history of the machine, including work orders, spare part orders, and software upgrades
• Review the original sales configuration of the machine
Requirements:
• This app is for use by Haas Certified Service Technicians only
• You must have credentials to log in to the Haas SAP Portal
• Work Orders must be assigned to you externally via the Haas Business Center (HBC) by your Haas Factory Outlet
