Invite-only patient monitoring app with manual entry and optional devices

HealthArc is an invite-only remote patient monitoring and telemedicine companion app for patients who are enrolled and managed by a licensed healthcare provider or health plan.
Important Usage Disclosure
HealthArc does not measure, detect, or generate medical readings on its own.
The app does not require any external medical device to function.
Patients can use HealthArc by:
Manually entering health information (such as blood pressure, glucose values, or other vitals) as instructed by their healthcare provider, and
Optionally connecting compatible external medical devices to import readings when such devices are provided or recommended by the provider.
External Medical Devices (Optional)
When available, HealthArc may integrate with compatible external Bluetooth or cellular medical devices to import readings.
These devices are:
Optional and not required to use the app
External to HealthArc and not manufactured by HealthArc
Provided or recommended by the healthcare provider or purchased separately by the patient
Supported based on provider-defined care plans and device compatibility

Complete care-plan tasks and reminders assigned by a healthcare provider
Receive notifications based on provider-defined schedules
Secure messaging and video or phone consultations with care teams
