It turns out I’m not near rugged enough to wear Helly Hansen gear, what is your return policy?
Helly Hansen offers a 90 day return or exchange or all orders. If you signed in as a guest for your purchase you will need to either use the link on the website or you can use the Returnado widget to find your order and request a return or exchange. If you purchased the item using your account you can simply sign in and visit the “my orders” page and request a return from there.

Damaged Item
I damaged my Helly Hansen Parka in a ski-rescue operation, can I send it in for repairs?
Unfortunately, Helly Hansen does not do repairs of its items. Any product still under the two-year warranty can be returned and replaced. For any items outside of that window, you will have to search for a reputable repair shop to get it fixed up.

Guest Checkout
I ordered as a guest and cannot see my order online. What’s up with that?
If you ordered as a guest you will not be able to see your order history or track the shipment online and we are unable to add guest orders to an account. You will have to track via the shipping confirmation email that was sent to you.
