App Description
Scan QR codes and barcodes quickly, then save useful results for later access.
Scan a code, see the result, and move on with confidence.
QR Scanner turns printed or on-screen QR codes and barcodes into clear, usable information.
Open the camera when you need a quick link, product code, or text result without typing it by hand.
MAKE EVERYDAY SCANNING SIMPLER
Use QR Scanner for codes on posters, packages, labels, receipts, documents, menus, and screens. Point your device at a supported code and review the detected content before deciding what to do next. A clean result view helps you read links, text, contact details, and other encoded information at your own pace.
Barcode scanning is useful when you need to capture a number accurately. Instead of copying a long sequence of digits, scan the label and keep the result available for reference. The app is designed for quick, straightforward use when a code is easier to scan than to enter manually.
REVIEW RESULTS BEFORE ACTING
Not every code should be opened immediately. After a scan, take a moment to check what was detected. You can decide whether a web address, message, phone number, or other result is relevant before using it. This gives you more control when scanning unfamiliar codes in public places or shared materials.
QR Scanner can also help with codes displayed on another device. Adjust the view so the full code is visible, scan it with your camera, and inspect the result. Clear lighting and a steady view can improve recognition when a code is small, reflective, or printed at an angle.
KEEP A USEFUL RECORD
Save scans you may want to revisit, rather than searching for the same code again. Your history can make it easier to return to a recently scanned result, compare entries, or copy information when you need it later. Remove items you no longer want to keep to maintain a tidy list.
Use the scanner for practical moments throughout the day: checking a code on a label, reading a QR code from a notice, capturing a barcode number, or opening information shared in a printed format. The focus stays on the code and its result, with simple steps from camera view to review.
SCAN WITH A CLEAR VIEW
For best results, place the entire code inside the camera frame and avoid covering it with your hand or device shadow. If recognition takes a moment, try moving closer or farther away, improving the lighting, or holding the device still. Damaged, blurred, or partly hidden codes may not be readable.
Some codes contain information that may lead outside the app, such as a website or contact action. Check the displayed result carefully, especially when you do not know who created the code. QR Scanner displays what it can read; you remain in control of any next action.
