You spend most of your time at home, so we want to make it easier, simpler, and cheaper for you. We started Homebody to try and make the annoying things about renting easier and cheaper. Figuring out insurance, lowering the cost of moving into a new place, empowering your financial future—that’s what we’re all about.

The ReNew Resident app provides a convenient and user-friendly way for residents to fulfill their renter's insurance requirement in order to move in, as well as boost their credit through rent payments.

Rent Reporting reports residents' on-time rental payments to credit bureaus to help boost their credit score. In the app, residents will have additional insurance line options like:
Pet insurance
Car insurance
Jewelry insurance
Homeowners insurance
Identity theft

Modify profile information
Review renters insurance policy
