Scrollpass: Walk to Unlock

Earn screen time by walking. Pause social media until you've moved.

Stop doomscrolling without fighting your willpower. Scrollpass turns screen time into something you earn.

HOW IT WORKS
• Pick the apps that eat your day — TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, games, anything.
• Start every day with a few free minutes.
• Walk to earn more: every 100 steps = 1 minute of screen time.
• When your balance hits zero, those apps pause until you earn more.

THREE WAYS TO EARN
🚶 Walk – your phone's step counter does the work, even in your pocket.
🧮 Quick quiz – 3 right answers = 5 minutes (Pro).
🌬️ Breathe – a 30-second calm breathing break = 2 minutes.

MORE THAN A BLOCKER
• Live balance ring and a home-screen widget
• Weekly chart of minutes earned vs. used
• Streaks that reward active days
• Focus hours: lock apps at bedtime or during work (Pro)
• See the hours you get back: real usage before vs. after Scrollpass, measured from your phone's own history — plus a shareable weekly card
• App rates (Pro): make TikTok cost ×2 — the more addictive the app, the faster your time runs out
• Emergency pass: open an app for 2 minutes to reply to something urgent, twice a day
• Cooling-off period: loosening a limit only applies tomorrow, so a weak moment can't undo your plan
• Cheat-resistant: changing the phone's date or shaking the phone won't earn you time
• A heads-up one minute before an app pauses — no abrupt cut-offs
• Easy, Normal or Hard walking rate and a daily walking cap
• Never fails silently: you're told if protection stops, and reminded 2 days before a free trial ends
• Beautiful light and dark themes

PRIVATE BY DESIGN
Everything stays on your phone. No account, no ads, no tracking. Scrollpass only checks which app is open so it can pause the ones you picked.
