How does investment income forecast work?

First, we estimate the impact of your existing investments as well acquired rights such as your German state pension.

The app currently supports private pension plans, company pension plans, saving in the bank and real-estate with more investments coming soon.

Second, Set your desired outcome such as age when you want to retire or how much income you want when you retire. Our simulator allows you to play with both good future scenarios and bad scenarios (e.g. housing market crash)

Third, Horizon65 has modelled many financial investments available in Germany taking into account often forgotten factors such as inflation, taxation and costs.
