The Order Book is a real time order booking app for distributor salesmen, an a digital enabler for distributor sales men to record order and collection entries of retail counters. It is a mobile extension of Horizon ERP, Providing distributor sales men with real time stock and outstanding information while they are in the field. FMCG order booking involves 100's of SKU's and Outlets classified route wise. The orders taken by the salesmen on the sales order booking app is updated real time. This enables instant billing. The existing manual process of handwritten orders and reentry of orders as invoices in to the billing software can be eliminated completely. Digital transformation of the order to billing process saves time, manpower and eliminates data entry mistakes.
