Like HPM's iconic green bucket holds essential building supplies, The Bucket app holds all your digital work resources. This is just the beginning – The Bucket will continue to evolve with new features and improvements over time!

From work wins to life's big moments, share what makes you proud at HPM. Whether it's completing projects, practicing safety, celebrating milestones, volunteering, or appreciating fellow Owners – your Cheehoos help us celebrate one another!
• Take a photo of your celebration big or small
• Add a caption for your photo
• And submit!

All submitted Cheehoos will be shared via email to All Owners and displayed in the Cheehoo feed – be sure to try it out today!


Safety Observations
Safety Observations help keep our HPM ‘ohana safe by allowing you to report safety concerns or hazards quickly. Your observations are sent directly to our Safety Manager, Christian Wong, who will provide updates on the actions taken. Every observation helps prevent incidents and maintain a safer workplace.
• Fill out the Safety Observations form
• Include photo(s) of the safety hazard or concern
• Provide a detailed description of the hazard
• Track your Observations to understand it’s status and how it’s been addressed
