The Carolina Handling Intuitive App is designed for you our customers to connect quickly with our team. To learn more about our App and our services contact our team at 1-800-688-8802.
How It Works:
- Scan the encrypted decal on the machine or equipment with our App, this pulls your machine data.
- Click “Yes” if the machine is Operational or “No” if it is not. (We Prioritize down equipment)
- Describe the issue by typing it in or you can talk to text to inform us of the problem.
- Take up to two good photos of the actual part, leak, dashboard code, etc. for us
- Hit Send and the request is immediately with our team to take action.
- With good photos of the issue our technicians can plan before coming to your site.
- In 45 Seconds or less you can give our team what we need for a successful service call.
- You will receive email confirmation of the service call you placed.
