[Other Usage Guide]

• Available on Android OS version 6 or higher.

• To ensure secure service usage, the app cannot be used on smartphones with arbitrarily modified structures.

• Guide to Using Digital Certificates

- Registration of a digital certificate is required for identity verification using a digital certificate.

- Digital certificates can only be registered on the Hyundai Card website (PC). After registering once, you can conveniently use the website, mobile web, and app services.

• The Hyundai Card app uses the V3 Mobile Plus antivirus app for secure usage; therefore, the antivirus app will be automatically installed or launched when using the app.

• Member data is immediately destroyed upon request for account deletion in the Hyundai Card app. • Member data will be discarded if you do not access the Hyundai Card website or app for more than one year, even if you do not withdraw your membership.

- The Hyundai Card app collects, uses, and shares information on apps installed on your smartphone to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents such as voice phishing and malicious apps. (Use of the Hyundai Card app is restricted if an app requiring caution is detected)

• Items collected and processed for the investigation of credit disorder and prevention of electronic financial transaction accidents

- Diagnostic information on detected malicious apps, list of apps installed on the user's device

* Access permission settings can be changed via Settings -> Applications -> Hyundai Card -> Permissions on your mobile phone. (The location may vary depending on the phone model)

[Visible ARS User Guide]

- Visible ARS is a smartphone-exclusive service that allows you to handle tasks while viewing your mobile phone screen during a call with the Hyundai Card Customer Center.

- Information regarding incoming and outgoing calls, as well as commercial mobile content, may be displayed.

- To use the service, you must agree to the provision of the following information and configure your permissions.

* Purpose of provision: Use of the Visual ARS service

* Information provided: Mobile phone number, App ID

* Recipient: Colgate Co., Ltd.

* Information retention period: Until consent is withdrawn
