The NSIA CRM application is designed to be a performance monitoring tool for the NSIA NON-LIFE INSURANCE sales force.
In this application, salespeople record their annual, monthly, weekly, and daily objectives.
They also record the contracts they have won or renewed, as well as the proposals they have made. They also record the customers and prospects associated with these proposals and contracts.
In addition, they record their tasks.
The application aggregates and presents this performance data for each element of the sales network.
This presentation facilitates the perception of said performance and its assessment in relation to objectives.
Recording work increases the availability of information on its execution at all levels of the network. It thus makes uncompleted, ongoing, and planned actions visible to the management team at the team, agency, inspection, and company levels. This makes priorities more visible and facilitates coordination within the network.
