OneSocialX: Auto DM & Replies

Instagram comment-to-DM, keyword replies, Story automation & lead delivery.

OneSocialX helps creators, businesses and marketers automate Instagram conversations, comments, DMs and lead delivery from one simple platform.

Create automations that respond when someone comments a keyword on your post or Reel, sends you a DM, replies to your Story or mentions your account. Your automations continue working through your connected Instagram professional account, even when the OneSocialX app is not open.

How OneSocialX works

1. Connect your Instagram Business or Creator account.
2. Select a post or Reel and choose a trigger such as “PRICE”, “GUIDE” or “LINK”.
3. Write the private message and optional public reply.
4. Activate the automation.

Comment-to-DM automation

Turn Instagram comments into conversations.

When someone comments one of your selected keywords, OneSocialX can automatically send a private reply from your connected Instagram account.

Use your automations to share:
• Guides and PDFs
• Product and website links
• Booking pages
• Offers and promotions
• Pricing information
• Lead magnets
• Resources requested by your audience

DM keyword automation

Create automatic responses for people who send selected keywords to your Instagram DMs.

Set different keywords and messages for different campaigns, offers and resources.

Story automation

OneSocialX Pro supports automation for selected Instagram Story interactions, including Story replies and Story mentions.

Public comment replies

Automatically post a public reply under matching comments before sending the private message.

For example:
“I’ve sent it to your DM, @username.”

Follow to unlock

Create a follow-to-unlock flow before delivering selected content.

Your audience can be guided to visit your profile, follow your account and then continue to the content you are sharing.

Track your automation activity

Use the OneSocialX dashboard to monitor automation activity and DM usage.

View sent messages, review your monthly usage, pause automations, update triggers and messages, or remove automations whenever you need.

Built for Instagram professional accounts

OneSocialX works with supported Instagram Business and Creator accounts.

OneSocialX connects through Instagram’s API. Authentication takes place through Instagram, and OneSocialX does not ask for or store your Instagram password.

You can disconnect your Instagram account from OneSocialX at any time.

OneSocialX Pro

Upgrade to OneSocialX Pro for additional automation features, higher usage limits and support for more connected Instagram accounts.

Pro may be offered through monthly or yearly auto-renewing subscriptions. Subscription terms, billing frequency and pricing are shown before purchase.

A supported Instagram Business or Creator account is required to use Instagram automation features.
