The collected mobile phone number is used only for user identification to provide visible ARS service. If you do not wish to use it, select the reject button and your consent will be processed.
The app can be used normally even if you do not agree to the service provision.
If you agree to use it, you will be taken to the settings screen for allowing necessary permissions and permission to display over other apps.

Device settings > Applications > DB Insurance > Display over other apps > Allow permission On/Off
