EzRemit Connect is a secure, purpose-built mobile application designed exclusively for authorised employees of EzRemit’s onboarded Counterparties. As EzRemit operates as a business division of iFAST Global Bank Limited, the application ensures that only verified and registered users can access transaction-related information specific to their own organisation’s transactions processed through the EzRemit platform.
EzRemit Connect extends the existing EzRemit Query Management System (QMS) that Counterparty employees currently access via the web portal, providing the same enquiry-related functionality with improved accessibility, convenience, and ease of use. Users can raise enquiries, communicate with the EzRemit support team, and track resolution progress directly from their mobile device through an integrated chat interface designed to provide timely, efficient support.
A key feature of EzRemit Connect is its real-time notification engine, offering transparent updates from the moment an enquiry is raised until it is resolved. This continuous visibility reduces follow-ups, minimises delays, and enhances operational efficiency for both EzRemit and its Counterparties.
The app also serves as a central communication hub for important announcements, service advisories, system enhancements, and operational updates issued by EzRemit. This ensures that all registered employees of onboarded Counterparties remain informed about developments relevant to their organisation’s day-to-day operations.
