App Description

Mobile app for hygiene, safety & quality monitoring in welfare hostels

HPTS App

HPTS App is a mobile-based digital platform designed to strengthen hygiene, food safety, and infrastructure quality in Social Welfare, BC Welfare, Tribal Welfare, and APSWREI institutions across Andhra Pradesh. It enables structured and transparent monitoring of daily, weekly, and monthly activities, ensuring a safe, clean, and accountable environment in hostels and residential schools.

Purpose

The HPTS App serves as a unified digital system for wardens and departmental officials to capture real-time data, photographs, and reports related to institutional activities. By integrating Artificial Intelligence (AI), the app automatically analyzes uploaded images, assigns hygiene and safety scores, and generates insightful reports. This helps administrators monitor compliance, identify gaps, and ensure high standards of welfare and student well-being.

Departments Covered

Social Welfare Department

BC Welfare Department

Tribal Welfare Department

APSWREI Society

Modules

1. Daily Activities Monitoring
Covers essential day-to-day operations such as kitchen cleanliness, food quality, and staff hygiene. Wardens upload photos and brief notes, which the AI engine reviews to ensure standards are consistently met.

2. Weekly Activities Monitoring
Focuses on key hygiene and infrastructure checks including grocery storage, campus cleanliness, toilet and bathroom conditions, and waste disposal practices. Automatically generated reports highlight areas needing improvement, enabling timely corrective action.

3. Monthly Activities Monitoring
Monitors critical water and sanitation parameters such as TDS levels, chlorination, and tank cleanliness. The AI-assisted data scoring system identifies trends in water quality and sanitation practices, supporting preventive maintenance and safety assurance.

4. Assets Registration
Allows institutions to record dormitory and room details, maintain records of beds, furniture, and other assets, and track infrastructure conditions digitally—helping in better resource planning and management.

5. Untoward Incident Reporting
Provides a structured mechanism to instantly report and document incidents like food poisoning, health emergencies, electric shocks, suicide attempts, and accidents. Automated alerts notify authorities immediately for swift response and follow-up action.
