If you are interested in improving and cultivating a deep regard for yourself and your fellow humans (and all beings for that matter) then this app is for you.
This app will guide you through a contemplation of each of The 40 Rules divided into four groups (Iron, Copper, Silver, Gold). Each Rule is said out loud in the morning for forty days.
Through this process, over time, one develops a deeply sensitive manner towards others.
Hazrat Inayat Khan composed these rules to cultivate a morally attuned culture and instill awareness in our inter-relationship with all beings. These rules belong to the tradition of spiritual chivalry, an essential part of the Sufi path.
