Mon agenda Hexagone

Organize your days quickly

My Hexagone Calendar lets you view all the events in your calendar, those of your colleagues, or a collaborative workspace to better manage your days and save time in your professional or personal organization.

Here are the different ways to use My Calendar:

↳ Quickly create an event for your next meetings with your colleagues.

For your meetings, appointments, or tasks, you can choose the time slot you want and schedule your event by adding a title, date, time, or address.

You can also choose the viewing rights for your events by making them public or private. Your colleagues can view your calendar and see your availability.

↳ Manage your schedule by scheduling recurring events and sharing your availability.

Do you have events every week, every month, or every quarter? For your weekly meetings and quarterly management committees, add a suitable recurrence by setting its frequency—daily, weekly, monthly, or even annually. You can customize it for more precise management of your availability.

↳ Prepare your event effectively with a video conference: a successful event is a well-prepared event!

Even while traveling, you can efficiently prepare your upcoming event by adding a description to share your agenda as a list, an invitation message, or your objectives to better inform your colleagues. For your remote events, you can add a video conference link directly, allowing your colleagues to easily join you during the event.

↳ Access your calendar anytime!

Log in from your tablet, smartphone, or computer and never miss a meeting or event while on the go! You can customize your calendar view to see your events by day, week, month, or even week. Don't miss a thing!

Go further and manage the schedule of your collaborative spaces for a comprehensive overview.

You can also schedule events for your collaborative spaces, such as the next committee meeting or the next workshop for your cross-functional projects. By selecting the collaborative space of your choice and inviting the relevant colleagues, you can prepare the schedule for your spaces.
