Parkbase - Validation

Validate parking tickets easily using a smartphone. Simple & fast!

The ParkBase Validation App, developed by IP Parking, allows users to directly grant discounts or convert parking tickets to, for example, a monthly subscription or different rates.
How it works:
1. Log in
2. Scan the parking ticket, or enter the ticket number / license plate
3. Choose one of the validation options
4. Confirmation of your choice, which is automatically processed in ParkBase

User friendly
The validation options are recorded by the administrator in ParkBase (Parking Management System of IP Parking) for each affiliated company or department, after which the app can be linked via a QR-code with username and password. The number of app users per affiliated company or department is unlimited.

Efficient Recoding
There are several options for efficiently requesting a current parking transaction from ParkBase:
• Scan the bar/QR-code of a parking ticket with a mobile device
• Enter a parking ticket number manually
• Enter a license plate

Options:
Depending on the options released, the app allows different choices to be made, such as:
• Convert to a different rate
• Recode parker to subscription holder
• Convert parker to visitor
• Discount in percentage
• Fixed amount discount
• Discount in time

Through the ParkBase Validation app, the administrative burden and distribution of physical tickets is eliminated. This sets up the ideal environment to create loyalty systems with local companies, such as shopping centers, restaurants, cinemas and theaters. For example, if you manage a facility close to a shopping center, retailers can offer their customers discounted parking at their expense with validation through the ParkBase Validation app.
