Irregular Hours is launching the Cheat Sheet– a professional storytelling tool that tells the world what you can do, not just what you have done. Designed to complement the resume and cover letter, the Cheat Sheet provides an easily shareable robust snapshot of a person’s skills and interests to help them put their best professional foot forward.

STEP 1: MAKE YOUR CHEAT SHEET
During onboarding, you will make your Cheat Sheet LITE. That little nugget is fantastic when you only want to let people in the front door. But to give them a tour of the whole house, you need to make the FULL version. That’s where you’ll really shine. Don’t worry, when you share, you can choose LITE or FULL.
STEP 2: SHARE YOUR CHEAT SHEET
Moving forward in your career is Sesame Street simple. But everyone makes it so cryptic and confusing. The fact is, professional progress comes down to two things: Story and Sharing. Always and forever. Again and again. That’s it. Story + Share x Repetition = Success. That’s why we designed the Cheat Sheet to be share-tastic and story sufficient.
STEP 3: TRACK YOUR CHEAT SHEET
Now, all that sharing is super, but you need to track the action.
