Let’s Pause is an interactive platform intended to enhance the overall mental and physical well-being of users by facilitating an environment of community and relatability. The mission is to increase the feeling of belonging and a place to receive support from peers. It is a place where anyone can go, publicly or privately, to view or create content with themes ranging from anxiety and loneliness to hope and inspiration. We believe that created content, with the right intention, will undoubtedly have an impact on someone at the time they need it most.

We’re convinced that making mental health dialogue the new normal is the only way to erase the stigma surrounding it. It is the founder’s belief that sharing the stories that make us human, will actually make us heroes. This platform is intended to show us that we’re not alone, and to help us overcome challenges by learning how others just like us overcame.
