Application for reading water meters in municipalities of Soria.

Application of the Soria Provincial Council for reading water meters in municipalities in the province of Soria. It allows municipalities to identify themselves in the app with a username and password and see the municipality's water meters, grouped by streets.

Each meter has its address and owner information, as well as a location map. It is allowed to modify some of the meter data and add new water meter readings. Users of the application can obtain their current position on the map (by pressing an icon with an arrow inside the map) by obtaining it via GPS; If the position on the map is detected, the user themselves can move the location "pin" to match the actual position of the counter. The application allows you to save it as the location of one of the counters (in whose file they are located).

All these changes and readings are stored locally and when the user synchronizes again they are sent over the Internet to a central repository of the Provincial Council of Soria.
