Working as a soldier at Defense is cool. It is special work. That is why you have to take a number of tests before your application. This is called an 'inspection' in Defense terms. As the Ministry of Defense puts it: Defense tests you “from head to toe. From ear to ear. And in between”.
The app prepares you for the 'strength & condition' part of the Defense Inspection. We will ensure that you appear as best as possible on your inspection date. Our goal is to make sure that you are in the 80% that pass the strength & condition part of the test.
We test your starting level in the app. Then, depending on your level, we will give you a tailor-made training schedule in the app. This schedule is truly custom.
We have 495 different combinations of training courses per Defense cluster. This also includes the perfect schedule for your fitness level.
The app guides you through the workouts. If you like, we will remind you of the workouts. We believe in the app and that it will get you through the 'strength & condition' part of the neat.
