- Access to photos, media, and files is used for the purpose of allowing users to upload attachments via the Customer Center 1:1 Inquiry. ※ However, if you use the Customer Center 1:1 Inquiry via a web browser within the game app, the browser itself may request access permissions for the camera and storage. In such cases, optional access permissions may not be required within the game app.

■ How to Revoke App Access Permissions

- On mobile devices running Android versions below 6.0, there is an issue where users cannot selectively consent to the game app's optional access permissions (consent is assumed upon installation). Therefore, if possible, it is recommended to upgrade your mobile device's operating system to Android 6.0 or higher using the software update function.
