Description:
Workpass mobile is a small system in charge of managing the different operations of a worker
within the company/organization in which it provides its services. Among the available functions we have:
Turns module:
- Control of drafts (the tabs of the corresponding working day are displayed) with the following data:
* Date
* Industry
* File (of the employee)
* Shift
* Vessel (vessel if it had one)
* Machine/task
* Machine/station
frank module:
- Request for free days (in the case of having worked on a non-working day, one free day corresponds, you can
make the request for francs through an abm with a date field)
data is requested:
* date
* file
- Control panel of requested francs.
- Enjoyed francs control panel.
Vacation module:
-Vacation request by employee, some data is requested through a data upload form:
* file
* date
* number of days
- Control panel of requested vacation days, provides us with the following information:
* file
* date
* number of days
- Panel of days taken on vacation, displays a calendar with the days taken on vacation
Module for Sundays and holidays (also called applications)
- Application for job application for holidays or Sundays, a form must be completed and the following information provided:
* date
* shift (working day, afternoon or night)
* file
- Requested applications panel, a table is shown with the requested applications with their date and shift
