Stock Take is a complicated, time consuming process.
For AutoCount users, Accountsoft Stock Take App is designed to simplify your stock counting.
It first syncing your AutoCount stock info into Android device. By using the camera on device, it scan the barcode of products and you just input quantity counted accordingly for each item item at ease. The results finally sync back to your AutoCount server for compilation.
Multiple devices can run concurrently on stock check progress. At the end of stock check, Accountsoft Stock Take Plugin for AutoCount will combine all result from every device. This feature save a lot of time for user rather than manually add up all stock count result.
Additional feature: the scanned result can even converted as AutoCount transactions such as Adjustment, Issue, Transfer, Receive, Good Receive Note, Purchase Return, Delivery Order and Credit Note.
