DIVERSE REMINDER OPTIONS:
• Reminders every X hours (e.g., from 8 AM to 8 PM, every 4 hours)
• Fixed time reminders (e.g., 9:15 AM, 1:30 PM, 8:50 PM)
• Reminders every half hour (e.g., from 10 AM to 2 PM, every 30 minutes)
• Weekly reminders on specific days (e.g., every Monday and Friday only)
• Reminders every X days or weeks (e.g., every 3 days or every 2 weeks)
• Reminders following special cycles (e.g., take for 21 days, then rest for 7 days)
