Training - Movement - Mindfulness - Recovery - Community

This app has been inspired by decades of training world-class athletes, artists, dancers to those who love to live life to the fullest. Now you can be part of the community of go-getters, who use my training principles, of having a holistic mindset, using a sustainable, longevity-based approach to building a balanced strong and athletic body. Improving the way you move, feel and perform for life and sports.

I know getting in shape can be a challenge, so making exercise fun and engaging is crucial to staying on the right track. This training app features a polished collection of visual workouts, programmed by me, that are equally effective at home or in the gym.

While each session can be completed on its own, you can combine the programs to help you achieve even better results. For example, try combining; Studio daily (Each day) + Women’s strength training (Mon, Fri ) + Athletic core training (Wed) + Athletic mobility( Sat) for a comprehensive week of trainings.

This first version1.0, will have 7 training sessions to choose from, and the vision is to keep adding more workouts month to month.

During the 29 years of studio training, based upon the feedback, it’s obvious men and women want slightly different nuances in the training.

— Athletic mobility training - Boost your body’s movement with this all-round program for your feet, knees, hips, spine and shoulders.

— Athletic core training - Build your core engine for more power and control

— Athletic power & strength training - One of the key studio, sessions for the athletes, dancers and go-getters at the studio who want to develop their athleticism.

— Athletic core & legs - A compact session focusing on your core & legs.

Workouts range from 15-minute daily mobility to 60 min minute-long training sessions based on the time you have to hand.
Whatever training you decide, the goal is to
