Customers include single car owners, families with multiple cars, small trade companies with their van fleets, taxi providers, tax consultant offices, medium size courier and truck companies.

Data is stored in a secure data facility in NSW, Australia where security and privacy are a top priority. Clients will never lose their data even if they switch mobile devices or computers.

Justlogit.online is 100% paperless and advertising-free. All reports are generated as PDF or data files. They can be saved to any device or sent via email. All reports are available 24/7, 365 days a year and are just a mouse-click away.

The GPS option, available with some licenses, allows users to locate and enter the start and end location of a trip automatically. Justlogit never traces any travel route as protecting the customers’ privacy is important. Log book, fleet and commute records are stored for up to 7 years and are retrievable as downloadable data files at any time.

Justlogit.online allows customers to upload and save images of receipts via any hand-held device when making purchases related to travel. The image of the receipt is immediately visible in the Justlogit.online web application, ultimately streamlining record keeping.

A variety of travel reports can be generated, viewed and downloaded according to date range, license plate, drive or cost type. All reports are available as preview to screen, save to file, email or a data export. The option to send reports directly to a tax consultant or any other third party is also available.
Some of our 'family' customers set up the application for their learner drivers to document their driving experience as required by some licensing authorities.

There are no long-term contracts and the customer owns all data. If customers decide to leave the application, they can download their data to a computer or a different system without any additional costs.

The normal subscription time is 12 months and customers can use the full functionality of the system. Annual renewal is required in order to maintain full use of the application. Should a subscription not be renewed, the customer is still able to run reports and view records but is not able to enter or adjust any data.
