🔹 Mission Child-Friendly BTR 1.0
Tackles child labour, marriage, and trafficking with trained Village Coordinators in every community, promoting child protection, education, and nutrition.

🔹 Bodoland Mission for Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities (Phase I)
Empowers persons with disabilities through skill-building, digital training, and entrepreneurship, fostering independence and community leadership.

🔹 Bodoland Women Empowerment Mission 1.0
Develops 650 Women Champions across 26 communities to lead change in health, safety, education, and economic participation.

🔹 Farmer Database Initiative
Creates a real-time digital database of farmers and agricultural workers to enable targeted support, improved planning, and disaster management.

🔹 Rog Nirmul BTR 2.0 – Health Strengthening Program
Engages community health volunteers to raise disease awareness, improve maternal care, and support cancer prevention for a healthier BTR.

🔹 Sericulture Baseline Survey & Capacity Building
Maps the sericulture industry to increase productivity and livelihoods through grassroots surveys and skill enhancement programs.

🔹 Thengphakri Digital Empowerment Programme (TDEP)
Trains 100 women leaders to promote digital literacy, governance awareness, and citizen engagement at the grassroots level.
