Friends of Islamic studies, the Qur'an consists of letters that were sent down in two cities, there is a letter that came down in Mecca, there is also a letter that came down in Medina when Rasulullah SAW had emigrated to Medina. Generally, the letters that were revealed in Medina have many verses and are long, while the letters that were revealed in Mecca tend to be shorter and have fewer verses.
