KATERYNA is a subscription to an app that calls one of 1,500 mobile response teams at the push of a button when you feel in danger. KATERYNA is always on your side. We will provide you with physical protection or take you to a safe place.

On what occasions does KATERYNA come? Can I call her in case of potential danger?
Yes, KATERYNA comes in all cases, as soon as you feel that you need help, even if you are just afraid to walk down the street, or some suspicious rascal is following you. If necessary, KATERYNA will stay with you until you feel completely safe.

What time will KATERYNA arrive?
Depending on your location, the arrival time may vary, the average arrival time of KATERYNA crews is five minutes.

How does KATERYNA ensure the quick arrival of the crew?
KATERYNA has its own crews throughout the country and is additionally integrated with a partner network of major security companies. We manage more than 1,500 rapid response groups in all cities of Ukraine, which allows us to choose the group closest to your location and send it to you as soon as possible.

What happens after pressing the button? Do I have to do anything else?
In the application, you will definitely undergo training (demo-alarm).
But, in short, the main thing is this
(1) press the button and wait for the vibration signal
(2) check the correctness of the determined location and adjust it if necessary.

Is this app suitable for children and the elderly?
Yes, the functionality of the application is as simple as possible. You can sign up for a subscription, add your child or elderly relatives to it for an additional fee of UAH 50/month for each added device. Automatic debits will be made from your card - added devices have limited access to your account, access is only to the function of activating the alarm on your smartphone. You will also be able to see when one of the added devices is in danger and has called KATERYNA. If necessary, KATERYNA can accompany a child or provide first aid to the elderly.

Kolizhanka - UAH 199/month.

Kuma - UAH 299/month.

• The number of free alarm exits - 10 exits
• Monthly fee for each add. device - UAH 50/month.

* One-time fee for each additional alarm trip – UAH 350.

Connect your children and relatives to your account, it is much more profitable, only 50 hryvnias/month. for each new device in the account. Calls included in the selected tariff plan will be available to all family members.

Pay attention!
• KATERYNA uses your location only when the alarm mode is activated, when the coordinates are sent to the remote, to ensure your protection!
• KATERYNA recommends adding your current photos during registration so that the crew can easily recognize you in crowded places.
• Help will go even if your phone has an error in determining the coordinates. After all, you can always indicate your exact location on the map, specify the floor, entrance, apartment or contact the dispatcher on duty directly in the application immediately after activating the alarm mode.
