- In accordance with guidelines from the Financial Supervisory Service, to prevent electronic financial fraud, the service cannot be used on smart devices that have been arbitrarily modified (jailbroken, rooted). Rooting may also be detected during the installation process or by specific apps already installed. (Contacting the A/S center or performing a factory reset is recommended.)

[User Guide]

- Supported OS: Android 8.0 or higher

- Eligibility: Anyone who is a KBS Star FX customer

- To ensure secure financial transactions, service usage is restricted if the operating system has been modified, such as through jailbreaking.

- You can download via mobile carrier 3G/LTE or wireless internet (Wi-Fi). Please note that when using 3G/LTE, data charges may apply if the data allowance specified in your flat-rate plan is exceeded.

* In accordance with the enactment of Article 22-2 of the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, etc. and the amendment of the Enforcement Decree, we inform you of the access permissions required to provide the KBStarFX service as follows.

[Essential Access Permissions]

- Installed Apps: Used to detect applications installed on smartphones that may pose a threat, in order to prevent electronic financial transaction accidents.

[Optional Access Permissions]

Notifications: Used to receive notifications regarding order placement, execution, and settlement via Push notifications, or to receive alerts regarding major news, indicators, event information, and various financial benefits.
