We support the use of smartphones (4G LTE/5G) by remotely controlling the settings and operating methods by KDDI operators.

If you don't know how to set up/operate a smartphone (4G LTE/5G), we will support your use by remote operation by KDDI operator. "Remote operation support" allows you to remotely "share" the screen of your smartphone (4G LTE/5G) (*1, *2, *3, *4) and guide you through various settings and operation methods. I will do it. You can rest assured that the operation will be performed while the customer confirms it.

Note 1) Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may provide support by phone only. (Example: Delete data or enter password)
Note 2) Depending on the content of your inquiry, we may not be able to resolve it.
*3) Depending on the customer's usage environment, the screen may not be shared smoothly and this service may not be available.
*4) Depending on the customer's model, the KDDI operator can understand the status of the model without sharing the screen (provided that the customer agrees).

*Please be advised that you will be guided by talking on a separate phone from the smartphone (4G LTE/5G) that supports remote operation.
* Packet communication charges will be incurred separately for each function use such as icon activation, initial setting (starting setting), and remote operation support.
* If you sign up/terminate during the month, you will be charged the prorated amount for the number of days used.
