Begin with a one-time calibration that helps tailor the smart bed experience to your needs and goals. From there, Sleep Assist® provides personalized sleep guidance that can adapt as it learns from your data, habits, and progress.
Use Sleep Assist® to:
- See your Sleep Report and Sleep Score
- Explore Sleep Quality and Sleep Quantity insights
- Review sleep metrics such as restoration, restfulness, awakenings, duration, efficiency, timing, sleep stages (REM, deep sleep, light sleep), snoring, and interventions where available
- Review supported wellness and recovery-related metrics that add deeper context to your sleep trends
- Receive AI Insights, smart nudges and practical recommendations
- Interact with your Personal Sleep Assistant and choose a custom Assistant name
