This app is designed for internal company use to manage product stock and inventory.

Account Creation:
User accounts are created manually by the company admin through a secure web portal. The admin provides login credentials to authorized staff via WhatsApp, email, or in person. Public registration or self-sign-up is not available.

Data Collection:
When users log in, the app collects a device token and basic device information (device name and Android version). This data helps manage user sessions securely and assists in diagnosing or troubleshooting app crashes or errors that may occur in production.

Purpose:
The main purpose of the app is to record product stock entries (in/out) by scanning QR codes and to maintain accurate monthly and annual stock reports for company operations.

The app does not collect or share personal or sensitive user data and is used only by authorized company members.
