Kotak DIAL tracks RM visits and verifies user identity for improved security.

Kotak DIAL is designed to streamline operations for Kotak Securities through two key
functionalities:
• Role of Relationship Managers (RMs):
o RMs visit franchisee locations and capture geolocation data.
o Ensures accurate tracking and monitoring of RM visits to franchisee
sites.
• Role of Users/Dealers:
o Franchisee representatives verify user liveliness by capturing a photo
and scanning a QR code on the terminal computer.
o Ensures that only authorized personnel are using the terminal,
enhancing security and compliance.
o Geolocation data is captured during the verification process for added
accuracy and accountability.
