AI Call Assistant Lite is a service provided to small business owners. In situations where it is difficult to answer the phone, AI answers the phone, listens to the customer's business, and leaves a text message to help prevent missed calls.

You can sign up for the service through KT customer center number 100 or an agency, and customers who sign up can check customer inquiries from missed or unanswered calls via text message through the AI ​​call assistant Lite app.
In addition, by setting up greetings, you can freely convey real-time store status or promotion information to customers while making a call.

[Sign up for service]
- You can sign up for the service through an official KT dealer or customer service center number 100.
- Any customer using a KT phone in the store can subscribe!
- Requires specifying a wireless number to install the AI ​​call assistant Lite app.

[log in]
- Set a 6-digit password after basic authentication using the landline number and store name.
- Authenticate the registered device using the mobile device specified when signing up and logging in (authentication is not possible from other devices)

[Greeting settings]
- Through the greeting settings, the message that the boss wants is sent to the customer as soon as the phone is connected!
- Feel free to enter up to 150 characters about the store situation or promotional content!
- Message guidance with desired background sound (possible to listen in advance)

[Turn off store phone]
- When you are out of the office or busy with work and have difficulty answering the phone, temporarily turn off the store phone and have AI answer the phone instead, write down the customer's business in writing and send it to the app.

[Voice memo]
- Even if the store phone is busy or unanswered, AI writes down customer inquiries in text and delivers them to the app
