For Jobseekers:
LabourLink allows jobseekers to create a detailed profile highlighting their skills, experience, education, certifications, and achievements. Users can upload their resume, apply for multiple jobs, and track application statuses in real time. The app also features job recommendations based on profile matches, helping users find the most suitable opportunities without wasting time. Once a job offer is accepted, jobseekers can provide their location permission, enabling live location sharing for on-field jobs or location-based tracking.
For Employers:
Employers and companies can register to post job openings, review applications, and hire candidates directly from the app. The employer dashboard includes powerful tools to filter applicants by qualifications, experience, and skills, making the hiring process faster and more efficient. Once a candidate is selected, the employer can generate and share an offer letter within the app. They can also enable live location tracking (with the candidate’s permission) after the offer is accepted to monitor worker attendance and field movements if necessary.
