"SCUG® - US Constitution & Declaration of Independence" is a fully voiced program designed to provide you with text and voiced read-back of the U.S. Constitution, the Bill of Rights and its Amendments, and the Declaration of Independence.

This program is designed to be accessible through an English voice. There are options in the program's settings to turn off the voice. Additionally, it will be faster and more optimized if the English Language voice pack is downloaded for your device through the device's settings. Doing so would also prevent unnecessary data usage.
