Rei Abe — an unassuming researcher at a pharmaceutical company.
"This year, I'm going to be popular."
Stylish furniture, cool accessories, a room that looked the part — he put it all together, piece by piece.
And yet... somehow, he couldn't relax.

He brought it up with a coworker, who handed him a single broth cube and said, "Try this supplement."
With more doubt than belief, he tried it.
Before him stretched a landscape he'd never seen — and a very strange resident.
"Just toss all that murk right into the pot!"

What appeared before him: the ideal study. The ideal bedroom. The ideal living room.
And then, the one place he had always looked away from.
