Lift Service is a tool for assessing the effectiveness of elevator maintenance. All your elevators in real time. The application allows you to track the most significant events: the number of calls, the dynamics of elevator operation, elevators without trips and visits by specialists.
The Lift Service mobile application operates on the basis of the Ob dispatch complex - it collects and processes data that flows from all elevator blocks located in one system.
Lift Service is a new tool for managers of companies and departments servicing elevators, allowing them to see the whole picture of the company’s activities and evaluate the effectiveness of its work.
Application features:
- operational information on elevators: viewing the number of elevators without trips and elevators in the “Call” state, received from the cabin to the control room;
- number of “problem” elevators: statistics on elevators with downtime and malfunctions;
- list of elevators: indicating the address and entrance number;
- reliability index: summary information about the efficiency of elevators;
- detailed information about each elevator, displaying the current status and other useful information;
- movement schedule of the main elevator drive: each time it is turned on (elevator movement between floors);
- interactive map: with the designation of elevators and their link to a real address and quick transitions to each of them;
- a maintenance plan, which displays the planned and actual maintenance dates for each elevator. At the end of the month, users receive a push notification about which elevators were not serviced this month;
- a restart table that will show the number of restarts of the selected elevators.
